Ace Frehley Cancels Concerts Due to Illness
Ace Frehley has announced the cancellation of his two concerts scheduled for this weekend due to illness, though he did not specify the nature of his condition. The former KISS guitarist shared, "Unfortunately, I will not be able to perform this weekend at the Brat Fest in Madison, Wisconsin, or at the Arcada Theater in St. Charles, Illinois. While it's not serious, I'm not feeling well enough to travel or perform at my usual standard. I sincerely apologize for the cancellations and appreciate everyone's understanding."
Frehley's current band consists of Ryan Spencer on bass, Jeremy Asbrock on guitar, and Scot Coogan on drums. In February, he revealed plans for his upcoming project, "Origins vol. 3," which will feature a collection of covers that inspired him. Frehley stated he has a list of fifty songs to choose from and hinted at a possible release this year, explaining that the recording process is quick since he doesn't write new material for this series. Previous volumes included covers from iconic bands like The Beatles and Led Zeppelin, alongside KISS classics.
